Common questions
Is Signiq really included in the price?
Yes — the full Signiq booking platform (€99/mo value) is bundled into both plans. Online booking, client records, automated reminders and Stripe payments. No separate subscription needed.
How does the payroll automation work?
Growth plan only. We set up a simple Google Sheet for attendance — you tick who came in each day (30 seconds). Every month the system automatically calculates base pay plus commission per staff member and emails each person their payslip.
How does expense tracking work?
Growth plan only. Forward a receipt or email "expense: rent €1,200 June" to your dedicated address. We log it automatically. At month end your P&L report arrives in your inbox — no spreadsheets, no logins.
What does the 3-month minimum mean?
Monthly plan clients commit to 3 months upfront. After that you can cancel with 30 days notice. This covers domain registration and setup costs. Annual plan locks in 12 months at the better rate.
Can I update my website myself?
Yes — both plans include a CMS login. Change your services, prices, photos and hours yourself, no technical knowledge needed. Essentials includes 3 managed updates per month. Growth is unlimited.
What happens if I cancel?
Your website stays live until the end of your paid period then comes down. Your brand files — logo, templates, stationery — are yours forever. Your Google, Facebook and Instagram pages remain yours.
Can I upgrade from Essentials to Growth?
Yes, anytime. We'll pro-rate the difference. Most clients upgrade after 1–2 months when they want the payroll and back-office automation added.
